An Ode to Maa

I remember,
How my bottle was always filled before I wake
And her smile when I thank her
When she used to complain that I don't call
Or that I don't talk much
I wish I did
Because all I have now are memories
Memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life
This bottle, will always remind me that she's not here
And she'll never be

I loved you a lot, Maa
And in your death, I still do
My heart, will always hold a place for you
A place no one could ever fill

You were my home
You were my line
I fly now, aimlessly
Hoping that one day when I fall
You'd be there to hold me
For my heart will then be full again

Till we meet again.

Spread the love
